Coaching Expertise: Career | Leadership | Mindset

New to Coaching? That’s ok! There are a few things to consider when hiring a Coach:

  1. Every Coach is different. We each have unique skills, experiences, backgrounds, training, interests, coaching specialties and processes. Choose the Coach that is the best fit for you and your goals. Learn more about me here.

  2. I like to ask potential clients three questions to gauge their coaching readiness: 1) Are you willing to put in the work? 2) Are you coachable? 3) Are you willing to change? The responses to these questions will help me determine if the potential client is ready for coaching with me.

  3. Coaching is not mentorship. Coaching engages the client in a way that fuels intrinsic solutioning by the client. The client holds the agenda and also the responsibility of taking action.

  4. Coaching (and behavior change) is not an overnight process (I like to say it’s not overnight oats!). My Coaching Program is six months in length with twelve sessions, one hour each.

  5. Clients may choose to invest in themselves or request their employer to invest in them by working with me directly. Either is great - I applaud individuals who see the value in investing in themselves. BRAVO!

  6. I have a specific process I follow that is tailored based on your needs and goals. Reach out to learn more!

  7. Coaching engagements are confidential in nature. As an ICF-certified Coach, I also follow the highest ethical standards in my coaching practice.
