Step 2: 👉Discuss the scope and goals of the collaboration
Step 3: 👉Discuss your strengths, perspectives, and experiences with the topic
Step 4: 👉Discuss your expectations of the collaboration including communication, emotional intelligence, cadence, competing priorities, etc.
Step 5: 👉Agree on guardrails
Step 6: 👉Assign responsibilities
Step 7: 👉COLLABORATE and let the FUN begin!!!
